This privacy policy (“Policy”) explains how we process your Personal data when you use our Products and Services. The Products and Services are composed of various software applications (including mobile applications, Web Applications, Product software), cloud-based Services, and connected Products (“Services”) that gather, store and process data to provide you insights and Services to help you lead a healthier life.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
It explains what information we collect and when. When you use our Services and connected Products, we collect different types of information. To make it easy and simple to understand we broadly classified the Personal data that is processed:
Identity Data:
The data which can directly identify you. They include your email address, name, birth date, gender, age, surname, phone number, address, community username, videos and photos of you among others.
Body Metrics Data:
This data corresponds to your physical/sports activity level. They include among others depending on your product, the number of steps, distance traveled, calories burned, calories intake, sleep duration, type of activity, level of activity, activity duration, swimming style and the number of strokes.
Technical Features:
This data allows us to improve our own Product and Services rendered to you, which also allows you to use our Products and Services. These mostly include but not limited to device ID, Product activation codes, battery measurement, firmware reports, technical information, and website cookies.
Geographic Data:
This data corresponds to your environment, which enables some of our features in the Services provided to you. They include among others, geo-location only when necessary and weather data.
General Account Data:
This data is the general account data we
collect when you use our Apps to better improve our services.
This data includes the App version, Device information
(e.g. Device serial number), mobile device information (e.g.
smartphone manufacturer, model, operating system).
Contact and Notifications Data:
This data correspond to your mobile notifications and alerts. If you want to be notified on your watch when you receive a call, text message, app alert, email, calendar event, you need to activate this in the App settings. We only track that a notification has occurred, we do not store or read the content of the notifications.
DATA STORAGE AND TRANSFER
You agree that the information collected may be stored and processed in any country where we rent servers or where we or our affiliates, subsidiaries, or agents maintain facilities to provide Services. By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you consent to such transfers of your information.
We may transfer your information to third parties acting on our behalf for storage purposes, including but not limited to AWS and MongoDB in the United States. You authorize us to transfer, store, and use your information in any country where we operate. Some of these countries may have different privacy and data protection laws from those in your country of residence. If you do not agree to the transfer, storage, and use of your information in any other country where we operate, please do not use the Platform or Services.
