"As of today, since last iOS update:
1. Steps are approx the same as Apple Watch Ultra over a 30 min walk (150 different).
2. Heart rate and blood oxygen are identical to Apple Watch Ultra.
3. NFC payments are flawless via Curve.
4. Sleep tracking works ok mostly, don’t have anything to compare to as don't wear Apple watch to bed.
5. Battery is 5/7 days.
6. Case has around 2 ring charges in it, battery last 14 days (haven’t tried longer)
7. Blood pressure is the only thing that I find hit and miss in reading or not.
There have been occasions early days of owning the ring where I had to do resets of ring and case, but not recently. So, whilst it took an age to arrive, I am at this point pleased with the ring!"

"First go at payment from the ring and worked perfectly - have had the ring since mid July and first impressions as follows - very light and comfortable - no issues with coating on the ring (like any other ging if you’re going to do something that might scratch it simply take it off) Sleep monitoring very similar to my Garmin - vitals all very good and again in line with my Garmin - Steps seem to be a little off and biggest issue I am having as a runner is that every run I log is completely wrong with all its info about distance etc - have reached out to Muse numerous occasion and they are working on this - It was a longer than expected wait, but the card payment is a game changer and hoping they can get the blood pressure readings up and running just as quickly - Good work muse"

"I ordered a ring one on indigogo back in October 2023, it did take longer than expected to arrive, but this is the nature of crowdfunding. The ring arrived a few months ago and I had issues connecting the case. The staff at muse were so good in trying to fix the issue, but unfortunately I needed a replacement. He got a replacement sent to me and has been on hand on WhatsApp to help get set up correctly. The ring itself seems to be working well. The sleep data is accurate as are the bp and hr readings. The only thing I know is definitely out is the step count. It’s saying I’m doing a lot more than I am doing. But I know muse are currently working on updates to improve accuracy on step count. I haven’t tried the payment system yet. But overall, the fact that the customer service is great is a huge green flag for me. Thank you Muse!"

"I’m very happy with the ring overall, although there is definitely room for improvement. The hardware seems solid, but the software and firmware could use some updates. Blood pressure reading looks good and the sleep tracking is quite accurate. Step counting is a bit off, though, and activity tracking isn’t very reliable - it struggles to record heart rate accurately during workouts. Payment is flawless and keeps surprising others around me"

"Little information from Poland. Using Ring One for contactless payments at McDonald’s Seamless payments, immediately after the ring is approached to the reader. The phone was left in the car. A bank card attached to the Ring One wallet without the mediation of external applications, such as curve pay."

"The experience with the Muse Ring One is wonderful. I would say this is a very accurate reading for HRV, SPO2, Sleep and Activity. The build is sturdy and rugged yet very lightweight to wear. The app is very nicely designed and features clear widgets and cards for displaying information. The only thing required is a constant update to the Firmware and App, to address running bugs and enhancements to sensor readings for improved accuracy. A few features can be added - Sleep Apnea detection and Hypertension detection, on-demand check for Heart-Rate/SPO2/Stress. Notifications can be improved. Blood pressure feature needs accuracy. I have had a good experience for the past many months. The customer support is also responsive and understanding."
